Steve's experience can help you improve your golf game. Below are a few of the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Q) Do my clubs fit me?
A) One of the most important aspects of club fitting is to make sure the clubs are the right length. This will affect the lie angle. The second part is to have the right shaft based on your swing speed. At Pin High Golf, we have the technology to make sure these very important aspects are covered.
Q) Graphite shafts of Steel Shafts?
A) Graphite shafts do two things for a player. They lighten up the club so that it will enable you to create more club head speed without trying. The second feature is that graphite shafts will have less vibration on off-center hits. We do not recommend graphite shafts unless someone needs it.
Q) What is the difference between forged and cast irons?
A) Forged irons are your purest heads in golf. They are free of stress cracks, pin holes and blow holes - things that can create hot spots on your club heads that may lead to inconsistent shots.
Q) Which golf ball is right for me?
A) There are several considerations when choosing a ball. The first thing to look at is the cover. The softer the cover, the more control control will be had over spin.
Second, anything that will spin on the freen will also spin off the driver! If you just want to hit the ball straighter then look at the harder balls. Compression is another factor that will make a significant difference in ball performance. If you have a slower swing speed, you will want a lower compression ball like the Noodle, the Precept Laddie, or many others that we carry.
